No submitting your friends or just good speakers you have on your computer. If you can’t format your speaker tape to .mp3, but you can send it electronically in another format, go ahead and we’ll see if we can format it for the Podcast feed. Please include your first name and last initial, and that you are aware and ok with us using your .mp3 for our 12 Step Recovery Podcast channel, both on the site and on iTunes.
