Blog: Blog is short for weblog. It’s like a journal, but on the internet instead of in a book.
You can write anything you want in your blog. Daily updates as to what you did, thoughts or ideas, even use it as a place to share a story or some of your writing. For 12 Step Recovery, you get a free blog when you register. You can access it through the 12 Step Blogs page once you’ve registered and logged in. Just click on the last tab in the blog menu to add a blog post. For some people blogging is addictive. There are no rules to how much you type, what the topic is, or how frequent you write. When writing on a blog you simply type in your thoughts and then "post" it. Each member on 12 Step Recovery can blog but it is not manditory. If you are in the middle of working your steps or just need to verbally puke - have at it and type away. The admins of the site just ask that members have good will and do not trash each other or write pornography. The community will let us know if we need to pull a blog down if we do not catch it. For the most part we have had no trouble with our members. So... start writing and posting.
