Recovery is a journey that requires courage, strength, and faith. At the heart of this journey lies the decision to turn our will and lives over to the care of a loving Higher Power. The Third Step reminds us that we don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. By seeking God’s help, we find the guidance and support we need to navigate recovery and embrace the possibilities of a new way of life.

The Third Step: An Act of Faith

Taking the Third Step is a profound moment in recovery. It’s the point where we decide to stop relying solely on ourselves and instead place our trust in a Power greater than ourselves. This decision is not a one-time event but an ongoing act of faith that we renew daily.
